This workshop will be an opportunity to learn/revise and enjoy pranayama practice for an
extended period of time, instill the basic principles and clarify any ‘grey areas’, so as to
promote confidence in breath work for self practice, class and all other areas in life.
You will be inspired to enjoy the simple nature of breath and to appreciate its role in vitality.
The session will incorporate many of the common methods of pranayama practice, which
when combined, promote understanding of how the breath can be used as a gateway to
improved health and a relaxed and free mind.
Matt Gluck has been practicing the healing arts since childhood when he learned pranayama and meditation to help withchronic asthma. He has been teaching Chinese martial arts, including Shaolin, Tai Ji, Qi Gong and Nei Gong for twenty six years and Taoist and Hatha Yoga for sixteen. He teaches in London and around Hertfordshire, has mentored for one of the top yoga centres in London, written regularly for Yoga Magazine International and worked with a broad range of people, including the terminally ill and special needs children.

Dance Workshop Sat 25th Jun 9:30 - 12:30, £15

We have come to be danced.
Not the nice invisible, self conscious shuffle,
but the matted hair flying, voodoo mama
shaman-shakin, ancient bones dance.
The strip us from our casings, return our wings
sharpen our claws & tongues dance.
The shed dead cells and slip into
the luminous skin of love dance.
...
We have come to be danced
Where the kingdom's collide
In the cathedral of flesh
To burn back into the light
To unravel, to play, to fly, to pray
To root in skin sanctuary
We have come to be danced
... (Jewel Mathieson)

Here are some comments about recent Workshops
Hi Matt, Thank you for your e-mail and all the generous attachments that came with it ! You are right, there was a real diversity in the room but you did an amazing job of transferring your knowledge at a level that each of us could absorb and also made everyone feel comfortable enough to enquire/ask questions. I feel you gave everyone that fundamental truth that the knowledge is in each of us already and we had a sacred gathering to allow it to unfold gently and beautifully, with your loving and accepting guidance.
Love and light Gulcan.
Dorna and Matt,
Thank you so much for such an informative, enjoyable and a healing day. The de-tox really worked for me as I could experience the cleansing process as soon as the next day. I am experiencing boundless energy after the event. I will try my best to attend all your future workshops.
All my friends had a wonderful time and they have told me that they are still enjoying the "feel good factor".
Please keep up the good work.
Best regards, 'I'
Matt and Dorna, thank you for a perfect sunday. I really enjoyed it, and cannot wait to be on retreat with you in May. I will endeavour to come to Saturday classes also. Again, thank you for a wonderful time. with love, Karenx x
Hello Matt & Dorna, I would like to say again that I did enjoy the workshop, and I hope you will continue to branch out with more. I wish you both Success & Happiness...!
