2008 Retreats
Following the success of this year's event (have a look at the image gallery and podcast), we will be returning to Braziers Park in south Oxfordshire twice in 2008, for our Bank Holiday Yoga and Tai Chi Weekend Retreat.
May - Fri 23rd to Mon 26th
August - Fri 22nd to Mon 25th
The extended weekends promise to be fun, invigorating and rejuvenating.

Thank you for your message. I hope that you had a lovely weekend.
The timetable for May and August 08 Braziers Retreats will be;
Arrive 4pm approx friday, meet for tea and intros, settle in and dinner at 6.30.
Evening session - yin yoga, pranayama and yoga nidra.
Sat am - yoga at 7.30 to 9, breakfast at 9.30. Morning session walk/talk/yoga/tai chi/meditation, lunch at 1, afternoon session walk/talk/yoga/tai chi/meditation, dinner at 6.30 and then evening session, chanting, drumming and yogadance, around the bonfire!
Sun am - yoga at 7.30 to 9, breakfast at 9.30. Morning session walk/talk/yoga/tai chi/meditation, lunch at 1, afternoon session walk/talk/yoga/tai chi/meditation, dinner at 6.30 and then evening session, moonlight walk and tai chi and maybe more yogad
Monday - yoga at 7.30 to 9, breakfast at 9.30. Morning session walk/talk/yoga/tai chi/meditation, lunch at 1, afternoon session walk/talk/yoga/tai chi/meditation; depart at 4pm approx.
All sessions are recommended but at your choice, so that you are able to settle in to your own being and have fun. I hope that this helps and that you decide to join us.
